I tell you how I got rid of herniated sciatica. Read it now! L5-S1
I had a diagnosis of hernia onset a few years ago. But I was healing my hernia with a few small exercises. 2 months ago, I forced my hernia as a result of a wrong movement I made in sports. As a result, I started to have a lot of difficulty walking for 2 days. I was experiencing something like this for the first time in my life. I noticed that I rested 3 times while walking 100 metres. I went to the hospital and the doctor asked for an MRI. I went and had an MRI film and the result was disappointing. The doctor recommended me to have surgery. I did not want this and asked for ways to improve it with physical therapy. He said that this was not possible. Because the doctor examined me and when he saw that I could not walk on my left toe, he said that this would not heal. However, he said that I would recover with surgery.
I started to get scared, but I tried to be calm. I went to another doctor, who, like the first doctor, said that it could only be cured by surgery and that there was even a possibility that it would not be cured. There was a possibility of paralysis. I never thought that a hernia could be so problematic. Then another doctor, another doctor, another doctor…. All of them told me that the solution was surgery. But I persisted and tried some exercises. I strengthened my toes, exercised, swam and stretched.
I will write you my programme, if you are also experiencing sciatica pain, if you are experiencing nerve compression due to hernia in your L5-S1 disc like me, you can try the exercises I did. I started to see the benefit. The doctor told me that this toe weakness would not improve in any way. But my toes got stronger and I started to walk on my toes. I am not a doctor. You may not trust me, of course listen to your doctor. But be sure to try these exercises and physiotherapy for 1–2 months before surgery. There is nothing impossible!!!!
